macsec: T5008: Changed length of CKN to (2..64 hex-digits)
Based on wpa_supplicant documentation.
mka_ckn (CKN = CAK Name) takes a 1..32-bytes (8..256 bit)
hex-string (2..64 hex-digits)
Changed allowable length of CKN from strong 64 hex-digits
to the range (2..64 hex-digits)
