From f308df322bd62024e29dd458642cb6bcac8a5ad6 Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Christian Breunig Date: Sun, 11 Feb 2024 09:31:38 +0100 Subject: bgp: T6032: add EVPN MAC-VRF Site-of-Origin support In some EVPN deployments it is useful to associate a logical VTEP's Layer 2 domain (MAC-VRF) with a Site-of-Origin "site" identifier. This provides a BGP topology-independent means of marking and import-filtering EVPN routes originated from a particular L2 domain. One situation where this is valuable is when deploying EVPN using anycast VTEPs set protocols bgp address-family l2vpn-evpn mac-vrf soo --- .../include/bgp/protocol-common-config.xml.i | 24 ++++++++++++++++++++++ 1 file changed, 24 insertions(+) (limited to 'interface-definitions/include/bgp/protocol-common-config.xml.i') diff --git a/interface-definitions/include/bgp/protocol-common-config.xml.i b/interface-definitions/include/bgp/protocol-common-config.xml.i index ea6e75bbd..ca67eaf3c 100644 --- a/interface-definitions/include/bgp/protocol-common-config.xml.i +++ b/interface-definitions/include/bgp/protocol-common-config.xml.i @@ -894,6 +894,30 @@ + + + EVPN MAC-VRF + + + + + Site-of-Origin extended community + + ASN:NN + based on autonomous system number in format <0-65535:0-4294967295> + + + IP:NN + Based on a router-id IP address in format <IP:0-65535> + + + + + Should be in form: ASN:NN or IPADDR:NN where ASN is autonomous system number + + + + VXLAN Network Identifier -- cgit v1.2.3
