T8943: revert(mirror-rollout-2): roll hvinfo back to post-1b wrapper (#20)
PR #19 (canonical stub) succeeded source-side but failed mirror auto-merge
with 'merge commit cannot be cleanly created'. Same root cause as
vyos-github-actions: source/target 1c divergence — source commit 1774609
(1c rename), target commit a61261c (1c rename applied separately).
Reverting source-side to roll back. hvinfo excluded from Task 8 fan-out
pending divergence reconciliation.
