Subject: Patch to use cryptsetup volumes for persistent storage.

Cryptsetup must be used with usual
"cryptopts=source=UUID=$(UUID),target=$(TARGET)". For USB devices it may be
necessary to specify "rootdelay=$SECONDS" in order to wait for USB media.
