vyatta-cfg-quagga: set source-validation node priority after interface
Add a priority of 500 to the source-validation node to ensure
dynamically created interfaces are set up (and have the corresponding
/proc/sys/net/ipv4/conf/<interface>/rp_filter entry created) before
trying to set rp_filter.
