This commit identifies the slave drives and ensures grub is installed to all of them (rather than just the primary), resulting in a system that will boot following a primary drive failure. This fix runs the update-rc.d command in the is_amazon_ec2_ami function, thus creating the required symlinks and also updating /etc/init.d/.depends.on.start.
