SNMPD is executing an external PERL script when retrieving ifAlias
descriptions. This is done via
pass .1.3.6.1.2.1.31.1.1.1.18 /opt/vyatta/sbin/if-mib-alias
... but as VyOS 1.2 now uses Perl 5.20 some options will trigger warnings on
script invocation.
