The legal team says years are not necessary so we can go ahead with it, since
it will simplify backporting.

In addition we will error-out during "make" if someone re-adds a legacy

Support getting current system secure boot state.
In addition add optional suppor tto list all enrolled MOK (Machine Owner Keys)
in the UEFI variable store.
