op-mode: T9530: Fix private key check in OpenVPN client config generator
The private-key existence check looked up the certificate name instead
of the key name, so "key <name>" was never validated and an invalid
key crashed with a KeyError traceback. The check now uses the key name
and exits with the intended error.
