GitHub: T9452: run ISO version step under bash so PR names apply
The ISO build job runs inside a container, where steps without an explicit
shell use sh. The version step's "[[" test is not valid sh, so the check for a
pull request number failed silently and PR builds kept the "integration" name.
The step now runs under bash like every other script step in the workflow.
