ipoe-server: T9289: expose accel-ppp lease-time DHCP options
Add CLI knobs matching options already supported by accel-ppp's ipoe
module:
set service ipoe-server lease-time
set service ipoe-server max-lease-time
set service ipoe-server renew-time
set service ipoe-server rebind-time
accel-ppp's [ipoe] section natively supports lease-time, max-lease-time,
renew-time and rebind-time (accel-pppd/ctrl/ipoe/ipoe.c) but VyOS did
not expose them, forcing operators to rely on accel-ppp's hardcoded
defaults.
lease-time has a static default of 600 seconds, defined in the XML.
max-lease-time, renew-time and rebind-time are derived by accel-ppp from
the effective lease-time, so they have no defaultValue. All values are
constrained to the signed int32 range, and verify() checks the timings
against each other and warns on values accel-ppp will override.
