zabbix-agent: T9545: Fix PSK authentication mode validation
The pre-shared-secret check compared the authentication mode against
"pre_shared_secret", but key mangling only applies to keys, so the CLI
value keeps its hyphens and the check never matched. PSK mode could be
committed without an identity or secret, leaving the agent with
TLSConnect=psk and no key, so it failed to start silently.
The check now matches the CLI value and rejects PSK mode with a missing
identity or secret, including when no psk node is configured at all.
