typos: T9323: allow "localed" in the spell check
systemd-localed(8) is the locale daemon localectl(1) talks to. The spell
check reads the name as a misspelling of "located" and fails on the comment
T9269 added to system_option.py, which blocks every pull request against
rolling, not just the one that happens to touch that file.
Allowlist it next to the other daemon names rather than rewording the
comment - the name is what the manual page calls it.
