smoketest: T8264: cover the DCO verify rules
Nothing exercised "offload dco" so far, which is why userspace could be
left behind on 2.6 without CI noticing.
Every rejection is pinned to its own message and paired with a case that
still commits, so a test cannot pass on an unrelated commit failure.
