ddclient: T6981: Enhance/add protocol configuration
These new protocols are supported in ddclient v4:
'ddns.fm', 'he.net', 'inwx'
These existing protocols gained dual stack support
in ddclient v4:
'domeneshop', 'gandi', 'godaddy', 'mythicdyn',
'noip', 'nsupdate', 'regfishde'
