Merge branch 'add-mdns-repeater' into current

* add-mdns-repeater:
  Update 'debian/changelog'
  Add 'vyos-update-mdns-repeater.py' functionality
  Bugfix: 'multi:' statement must be on top of generated 'node.def' file
  Initial interface description for 'mdns repeater'
  Add debian packaging files to .gitignore
