DeprecatePrefix and DecrementLifetimes options in radvd is useful in a DHCPv6-PD environment to accommodate prefix changes from ISP's delegating router. Though there is currently no integration between the DHCP PD client (wide-dhcpv6-client) and radvd, it could be a good start point to have the 2 options configurable by the user.

- deprecate-prefix: Upon shutdown, deprecate the prefix. This is useful
in a DHCPv6 PD environment: When ISP re-assigns a new prefix,
deprecate the old prefix that was advertised.
- decrement-lifetimes: Decrement the values of the preferred and valid
lifetimes for the prefix over time. This is also useful in a DHCPv6
PD environment to keep the advertised prefix's lifetimes in sync with
the prefix from delegating router.

Commit a2ac9fac ("vyos.template: T2720: always enable Jinja2 trim_blocks
feature") globally enabled the trim_blocks feature. Some templates still used
in-line trim_blocks "{%"- or "-%}" which caused miss-placed line endings.
This is fixed by removing all in-line trim_block statememnts of Jinja2 templates.

radvd[31898]: AdvValidLifeTime must be greater than AdvPreferredLifetime in
radvd.conf, line 19
This happens with the following configuration:
vyos@vyos# show service router-advert
interface eth0.20 {
name-server 2001:4860:4860::8888
prefix ::/64 {
valid-lifetime 7200
}
}
A validator is added to solve this issue and radvd will run again.
