Reconciling the FRR configuration after a DHCP lease event was requested from
the configuration daemon over the socket the commit pipeline uses. The daemon
serves one client at a time and assumes it is the running commit, so
the request either landed in the middle of the handshake which hands over the
configuration, or kept the daemon busy past the 10ms a commit waits for it.
Either way the commit fell back to running the conf-mode scripts directly.
Those never render FRR, only the daemon does, so the commit succeeded while FRR
kept the configuration rendered before it, until the next lease event.
A lease event now renders FRR in its own process, and a commit which could not
use the daemon renders FRR itself instead of skipping the reload. Both take the
same lock. A commit post-hook would remove the second case, for a full render
on every commit.

The legal team says years are not necessary so we can go ahead with it, since
it will simplify backporting.
Automatically removed using: git ls-files | grep -v libvyosconfig | xargs sed -i -E \
's/^# Copyright (19|20)[0-9]{2}(-[0-9]{4})? VyOS maintainers.*/# Copyright VyOS maintainers and contributors <maintainers@vyos.io>/g'
In addition we will error-out during "make" if someone re-adds a legacy
copyright notice

Leave hint if vyos-configd encounters an error in the generate/apply
stages: this only detects 'first-order' differences, meaning those
originating from the called config mode script, and not its
dependencies. This is useful for supporting automatic rollback for
certain cases of apply stage error.

Configuration error output is not returned in full to the http-api when
running under vyos-configd, due to an early implementation 'workaround'
of vyos-configd writing directly to the session tty. This is corrected
to return all ambient stdout (notably vyos.base.Warning) and error
messages directly to the originating caller, which may be from a session
tty or a ConfigSession instance. As the http-api runs in the latter
case, the full output is returned.

The environment variable SUDO_USER is checked by system_login.py so as
to prevent deleting the current user. Provide from config session and
set within configd environment.
