Jenkins: place snapshot images in a version subdirectory
when BUILD_SNAPSHOT is set, place image in a subdirectory that is named after
the specified BUILD_VERSION parameter.
Example:
vyos-1.3.0-rc6-amd64.iso will be uploaded to snapshot/1.3.0-rc6.
