Add packages written specifically for VyOS as submodules.
Excluded:
Quagga (ideally, we should merge the vyatta changes into upstream).
Kernel and openvmtools (better built separately).
Firmware (better switch to upstream perhaps).
Everything that we used to build just because squeeze had it very outdated.
