2023-09-28	pmacct: T5618: Added build rules for custom pmacct package	zsdc
	The current version of pmacct in Debian (`1.7.7-1`) contains the bug which leads to a crash when IMT is enabled and ICMP traffic is forwarded through a router. 2019-04-23	Remove outdated/unmaintained submodules	Christian Poessinger
	All registered Git submodules were out of date. Even worse some of the modules are no longer in use and have been replaced by upstream packages. Keeping invalid information is even worse then no information. All required VyOS packages can be found in the future build-packages script.
