Subject: [PATCH] cmake: run depmod for the target kernel version

Both maintainer scripts call a bare "depmod", which resolves the kernel
version from `uname -r` - the build host's running kernel. That is never
the kernel the ipoe/vlan_mon modules were built for, so configuring the
package inside a live-build chroot fails with

  depmod: ERROR: could not open directory /lib/modules/<host kernel>
  depmod: FATAL: could not search modules

and the modules the package just dropped into
/lib/modules/${MODULES_KDIR}/extra are never indexed by the package
itself. Generate the maintainer scripts with configure_file() so
@MODULES_KDIR@ is substituted with the version the modules were
actually compiled against, and pass it to depmod explicitly.
