chore: ignore superpowers generated files
`docs/superpowers/` is a Claude Code plugin-generated directory holding
internal design specs and plans, not user documentation. `rolling` and
`circinus` already carry this ignore block; `sagitta` was the only build
branch still missing it.
Guard only — the content itself was already removed in 3ab97e71 and
abb8be5b. Block is byte-identical to the one on rolling.
