fix: revert cfgcmd placeholder regression and tighten subject-verb agreement
- md-conntrack.md:55: revert `<enabled | disable>` back to `<enable | disable>`. The earlier "are enable" → "are enabled" fix on line 43 was over-applied to the cfgcmd placeholder, which would have advertised a CLI keyword users cannot actually enter.
- md-segment-routing.md:94,177: "this value identify it" → "this value identifies it". Same line modified by the "indentify" → "identify" typo fix; completing the agreement is a one-character change in the same sentence.
