ci: bump AI-validation reviewer pin to reviewer-v1.1.0
reviewer-v1.1.0 carries the Opus 5.5 batch fixes, the pass-1 resolver
rework, and MyST extraction from a CommonMark token stream (lists,
blockquotes and HTML comments handled correctly). Without this bump the
per-PR review keeps running the v1.0.4 pass-1 code.
