chore(makefile): remove dead AUTOOPTS variable
AUTOOPTS = --watch . was defined but never referenced — livehtml
uses explicit --ignore flags instead. Drop the dead assignment.
Circinus is unaffected; its livehtml still uses $(AUTOOPTS) directly.
