`CLA Check` runs, never `nightly-build`, despite the daily cron.
- Remove the vestigial `.github/workflows/nightly-build.yml` (never executed
here; its scheduled runs produced nothing and the workflow misrepresented the
repo's role).
- README: drop the build-status badge + "Scheduled VyOS image build" framing,
describe the actual artifact/release-host role, and fix a stale post-1c ref
(`raw/refs/heads/current/minisign.pub` → `rolling`, which otherwise 404s).
