sstp: allow colons in cert-hash-* hex values
Simplify copy-pasting from openssl x509 -fingerprint output:
Examples:
openssl x509 -in cert.pem -noout -fingerprint -sha1
openssl x509 -in cert.pem -noout -fingerprint -sha256
