musl: Add musl compatibility
Thanks for hints Alpine Linux project and their patches:
https://git.alpinelinux.org/aports/tree/community/accel-ppp?h=master
We can adjust a bit code and cmake config files to make accel-ppp
buildable under musl "as is".
