- improved nfsroo parsing

- added rootdelay and rootfstype bootargs
- document this changes
- initrd-tools backward compatible mdadm assembe and then run mdrun
- update-initramfs really checkout use_bootloader from /etc/kernel-img.conf
- tighter klibc deps
