T7737: add SESSION_PID env var as alternative to VYATTA_* pid vars
Legacy code keeps several environment variables which are used by the
configfs module to write directly to the unionfs store
(VYATTA_TEMP_CONFIG_DIR, VYATTA_CHANGES_ONLY_DIR). Analogously, we need
a simple identifier of the vyconf session, rather than inferring the
pid.
