vyos-router: add debug possibilities
Specifying vyos-debug on the Kernel commandline will enable additional debug
featurs as the following temporary files are created so the boot process can be
logged:
* /tmp/vyos.container.debug
* /tmp/vyos.ifconfig.debug
* /tmp/vyos.frr.debug
* /tmp/vyos.container.debug
