T75: ipt-netflow fix aggregation mode
* 0004-Change-aggregation-parameter-mode-400-444.patch:
Tests need to read 'aggregation' parameter. All other parameters have
modes 444 or 644. Change mode of 'aggregation' 400 -> 444
