fix: also patch DirectoryHTMLBuilder for WebP priority
ReadTheDocs uses a builder that subclasses DirectoryHTMLBuilder,
not StandaloneHTMLBuilder. Patch both to ensure WebP is preferred
in all HTML build variants.
