chore: remove committed superpowers spec/plan files and update gitignore

Reverts commits 647ce9fa, 8cc5f5e3, 00eea86c, d9738a0b which accidentally
committed internal Claude Code brainstorming artifacts (design spec and
implementation plan) to the public repo.

Also adds .superpowers/ to .gitignore to prevent future accidental commits
of session files generated by the Claude Code superpowers plugin.
