negotiates the connection via the IKEv1 protocol.
In order to test the established tunnels, client <b>alice</b> behind gateway <b>moon</b>
pings client <b>bob</b> located behind gateway <b>sun</b> and roadwarrior <b>carol</b>
pings the client <b>alice</b> behind <b>moon</b>.
